Returns & Exchanges
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process within 30 days of your order date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
1. Be unworn and in brand-new condition
2. Be unwashed
3. Have all original tags attached
Important: For hygiene reasons, all training shorts with built-in liners must be completely unworn to qualify for a return or exchange.
Return Shipping Options
You have two ways to return items:
1. Use your own preferred shipping method
2. Or, use our prepaid label for a flat fee of $7.00
If you're making an exchange, shipping is on us.
Please Note: If you’re sending back multiple orders, each return must be packed separately with its correct label.

Final Sale & Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale item
- Gift Cards
- Free gift or promotional items (e.g., “Buy One, Get One” deals)
International orders (returns accepted, but customers are responsible for all shipping costs and duties)
How to Process a Return or Exchange
Exchange for a Different Size, Color, or Product
1. Email our returns team at support@thewillaparel.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange.
2. Pick your preferred size or color.
3. Print the return label and send back the original item(s).
We'll ship your new item(s) once your return is received and your exchange request is deemed "Accepted" (usually within 7 business days).
Return for a Refund
1. Email our returns team at support@thewillaparel.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Use our shipping label to return your product or pay for your own shipping label.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping).
Please allow up to 30 days from the return's arrival at our warehouse.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
